Hi!
I posted another error handling related bug at:

It faces the problem that raising an error from an existing error object isn't
safe due to fact that some classes that extend PEAR_Error offer a constructor
with a different signature, p.e. DB_Error.
Please have a look at it. The patch I posted is just a suggestion. It will be
nice if somebody finds a better or easier way to fix it.
