My new Version can be found at <http://www.domaininformation.de/php_kontocheck.tar.bz2>. Unfortunatly I have commented and documented it only in German. So there is a readme/README file which explains the classes and installation, and a test.php which serves as well documented example. But as I said only German. This Script is based on the validate algorithmens and data of the php_kontocheck project <http://kontocheck.gamigo.de/>, but has a completly new class model. I want to contribute these classes to PEAR. I think the best would be an extension of the Validate package or a new package called PAYMENT_KontoValidator. So I hope a little discussion starts, and then I can call for vote, like it is described on the pear site.
