Justin Patrin (http://pear.php.net/user/justinpatrin) has commented on the proposal for
Database::DB_DataObject_FormBuilder_Frontend.
Comment:
Sure, it can be Frontend_HTML if that's what everyone wants. It *could* have other frontends,
but I'm not sure I wrote it well enough for that. ;-)
Where is it not w3c compliant? I can add a doctype if it needs it and "fix" the links (you
have to escape the & in an href? I didn't realize that).
The output is customizable through a number of ways. First and foremost, you can add functions /
variables to your dataobjects to change the way that FormBuilder handles them. Second, you can
change your ini files. Third, I plan to alow for further customization, but I'm not sure
exactly where to put it.
