[PEPr] Comment on Database::DB_DataObject_FormBuilder_Frontend

Radek Maciaszek (http://pear.php.net/user/chief) has commented on the proposal for Database::DB_DataObject_FormBuilder_Frontend. Comment: Looks very cool. But at least please move css styles to external file. Don't print such tags like: <html> and <head> because it could be a problem if somebody would want to include this package into his framework/template. It will be great if all these html's could be in external templates.
