http://cvs.horde.org/cvs.php/framework/Text_Diff/ It was adopted out of phpwiki with the author's permission and the intent of getting it into PEAR at some point; I just haven't found time to write a proposal yet. It should have *zero* Horde dependancies. Could definitely use some additional drivers/renderers, but the basics are all there.
