[PEPr] Comment on Images::Image_Extract

Tobias Schlitt (http://pear.php.net/user/toby) has commented on the proposal for Images::Image_Extract. Comment: This looks to me like the previous proposed package "Image_Mask". Maybe you should first raise some discussion on your package ideas in pear-dev and inside the #pear channel on efnet, before proposing them as an official proposal. IMHO, this package belongs into Image_Tools, as Stefan stressed. We should make a meeting this week on IRC to discuss some API issues for that (i have a factory pattern in mind and a common base class for all image tools, having a common base API with methods like "render()", "config()" and stuff). Please do these discussions in _private_ before any further proposal. Thanks!
