HTML_CSS status inquiry/suggestion

Hi, Just wondering if there is any work in progress for the HTML_CSS package? I am looking for a style resolution method that would return the appropriate properties based on a context. Basically the "cascading" part of "CSS". The input of the method would be the current context, for instance "html body p.myPara #firstWord" with optional pseudos "hover visited". The result would be (obviously) the style applicable at that point. Since it's probably not for everybody's use, that could be put in a separate "HTML_CSS_Resolver" Also, it would be nice to have a parseInlineString method that would basically do the same as parseString but with inline definitions.
