Which package and which fixes are we talking about. Afaik there is no
real "set" timelimit, but it's decided on a per-issue basis.
Feel free to mail pear-qa (pear-qa@lists.php.net) with all
information regarding the package and your tries to reach the lead
etc. and we'll shortly see what we can do in this matter. Promised!
