Bug description: HTML_Javascript bug - reassign when bug system is fixed.

Convert.php calls this
$ret = HTML_Javascript::raiseError(
'Unknown Error', HTML_JAVASCRIPT_ERROR_INVVAR
);
however, unless HTML_Javascript is already included a fatal error will
occur..
require_once ' HTML/Javascript.php' is needed before any of these.

require_once('PEAR.php');
should be
require_once 'PEAR.php';
