Hi,
unfortunately the commits didnt reach the list (large commits have a tendency to do this)
here are the latest changes:
- added listTables() and listTableFields() methods to MDB2_Driver_Manager_mssql and MDB2_Driver_Manager_oci8
- reversed parameter order of getValue(), type parameter is now optional and will then be autodetected
- renamed get*Value() to quote*()
