first C prototype of PEAR and PEAR_Error

Hi, I've rewritten the PEAR and PEAR_Error classes to C. Check out "pear/PEAR" from cvs.php.net to play with it. It almost works (I've used it on a test site using DB), I know for a fact that there are some memory bugs in there, and of course some bugs I don't know of. What do you expect at 6:30 AM? :-) To test it, follow the instructions in the INSTALL file and put the pear/PEAR directory before /usr/local/lib/php (or whatever) in your include_path.
