Proposals that have been approved should be archived, not removed. Until now,
all proposals have been archived on the pear-dev mailing list. PEPr emails
are not sufficiently verbose to qualify as a proposal archive. Especially as
vote comments are not included, and the final email does not contain the +/-
votes, and not even an indicator as to whether a proposal has been accepted
or not.
That there is no possibility of removing a proposal once it has been accepted
is not a bug. Please don't start deleting anything.
