HTTP_WebDAV_Client problems

Hello all, I've uncovered three bugs while using the HTTP_WebDAV_Client module, and subsequently submitted bug reports on the PEAR site (they're listed as bug #'s 994, 995 & 996 if you're interested). I've tried to contact the author (Hartmut Holzgraefe) about the possibility of fixing the bugs, and even included patches on the bug listing pages that fix the problems, yet since I submitted them (March 11) I have had no response whatsoever. I'm at a loss as to what to do. A PHP project that I'm working on relies on HTTP_WebDAV_Client, and as we are nearing release I would like to resolve these issues as soon as possible. Currently I have to maintain my own branch of the package that contains the fixes I proposed in order for my software to work properly; obviously this is far from ideal.
