PEAR Account Request: schaaf

I am using it to connect to a tomcat servlet engine, send requests to it and read the response. I wrote an article about it in the PHP Magazin (http://www.phpmag.de/itr/online_artikel/psecom,id,293,nodeid,62.html). That was ajpv12 though. I implemented ajpv13 now, which allows to connect to the newer versions of the tomcat servlet engine.
