Normally you have full access to the pear repository. And to the peardoc
repository, as well. There are a few exceptions, but that's unlikely.
I checked in CVS, and you have sufficient karma to commit to /pear. Which
means that you can simply import your directories to PEAR. Just be sure they
are properly named and you have the permission to do so ;-)
