[PEPr] Comment on HTML::HTML_OCX

Although I believe this functionality should exist, I agree with Tobias - perhaps it's a bit small to have it's own package. Could it be intergrated into another package? If not, could another package, more like a framework, be created intergrating HTML_Table, adding HTML_List and other small nibblets? Also, why have you called the package OCX?
