[PEPr] Comment on HTML::HTML_OCX

Jan Schneider (http://pear.php.net/user/yunosh) has commented on the proposal for HTML::HTML_OCX. Comment: I agree with some other comments that this class currently has a bit too few features to be worth a separate package. But I see its potential. It would be really nice if it had more default configurations, for most of the common ActiveX controls/plugins and Versions (e.g. earlier Flash versions) out there. Additional features might be to allow easy changing of plugin properties, e.g. setting the "autoplay" feature some plugins have.
