Seems like this is the same category. I will create a HTTP object for Vianett SMSC.
Please reply to the pear-dev list .. I am personally currently not interested in SMS packages, but before I can open a proposer account I need to know if you have looked at the other solutions inside PEAR and those being proposed and are still sure that your proposal will offer new unique features to PEAR.
