For people who know Java, this is akin to inline classes. Inline classes
are usually just another form of code structuring, and get used almost only in the code of the 'bigger' class.
This was one of the factors that really made mcs.exe (mono's .net compiler), almost impossible to comprehend. (that and the horrific use of namespaces - making it almost totally undeciferable...)
I was going to suggest that the 1class/file be stipulated only on stable packages, (and recommended for non-stable) as I have had a number of projects where I'm the only editor, and in the short term, it helped. (however, coming back a year later, the project was not as simple)
