[PATCH]

Hi I was going through the pear sources. While going through them I could see very minor issues at few places like 'unused variable', 'not closing the directory' etc. I hereby attach the patches for such instances. I already sent one patch but noone have applied them yet. Anyway I am resending it. Please apply them even though they are not critical. I have ported go-pear and associated scripts to work in NetWare. In that process I have a learnt a lot about go-pear script. One thing is installing pear without having a internet connection with the help of go-pear-bundle in the same directory as the go-pear script. Which was not documented in the manual as much as I have searched. I want to contribute my experience regarding go-pear installation especially explaining the go-pear-bundle portion of it. This go-pear-bundle stuff was very helpful as PEAR-1.3.1.tar was not working for me as such. So got a version from the net and modified and put it in go-pear-bundle to proceed with the installation.
