Just making sure you realize that bugs should be followed up through the bug system for two reasons. First, the person who sent the report will actaully get the email. The From address used in notification emails is pear-dev@lists.php.net so your message went to the list rather than the person. My bad, I thought he was getting it directly. You may note that the "label" portion of the email address is Robin's profecta address, but the "real" address is pear-dev; when I hit reply-all, I thought that I was replying to him, not the list. Perhaps this an issue with the bug reporting system?
Second, it's important to keep track of the steps taken to resolve the bug. That history is automatically stored in the bug database.Wisdom. I will do so in the future. -- Paul M.
