package.xml release notes goofed by uploader

I did a release of Mail_IMAP today and only part of the release notes made it to the changelog. I double checked my package.xml file and it was good to go, AFAIK anyway, I didn't change anything in it but the changelog and it passed validation.
In the package.xml file it reads:
This release addresses only bugs:
1.) Bug fixed in Mail_IMAP::getDefaultPid, $ret value was being overwritten.
2.) Bug in assignment of CID in Mail_IMAP::_declareParts, the member variable is misspelled.
In the uploaded changelog it reads:
This release addresses only bugs:

Did I goof or is this a bug? I wanted to be sure before opening a bug report. Also, are there any features in place to edit the changelog?
