PEAR Coding Standards: Path of RC files for apps

Hello, It seems according to pear doc, that pear will be willing to include php-app, such as for exemple php-cli apps and php-gtk apps. On this point, are issues arround path and user rc path defined yet, or not? IMHO, if each php app put its own rc in the user dir, it is not the best idea, since we all have a lot of rc files/dirs in ower home direrctory. Perhaps the best way would be to do like KDE which puts every Kapp's RCs in its ~/.kde rc dir? So we would clone the Pear FS tree in this unique rc dir: ~/.pear/Image/Magick/Conjure/my_rc_files -- ++cheers
