[wip] Image_Magick_Conjure

Hi pear guys :) I have made some progress about the re-organisation of the code: http://grincheux.codelutin.org/~monnier/php/conjure/MSL_Parser.html (No functionnals additions, only code reorganisations.) Still the path location of the files to be corrected, and other small details. I hope I have not introduce side effects from the [0.01-d] version. I will continue to make the others changes that have to be done, and test if conjure reacts good to the changes. I think most of the details will be settled in the next days, and that a version could be freezed to make the official proposal. It doesn't seem to be used by an upper class yet and it would be nice to get together somehow on the advanced usages of your api. For this work I have started to work on two fronts at once. The first is the reorganisation of my under liing class which wraps pecl-IM to make it tend closer to yours, and second I have begin to modify yours trying to make it fit conjure needs. But I'm waiting for your answers on my suggestions, to go forward in this direction. -- Cheers
