Please open a PEPr proposal for that to allow us to follow the proposal process in a better way. If you have no PEAR account yet, request it at http://pear.php.net/account-request.php and note in the purpose field, that you want to propose this package. After that you can open a proposal at http://pear.php.net/pepr/ .
And please provide .phps files as well.
