Hi,
I just uploaded to
http://www.chiaraquartet.net/PEAR-1.4.0dev4.tgz
Changes include:
* a few minor bugfixes
* pear info works
* channel conflict warning (download package from channel test, but the package.xml says it's channel foo) is working
* uninstall was not converted to work with channels
* package-validate, package-dependencies, cvstag, cvsdiff were not upgraded to work with channels
* potentially serious bugs in the downloader are fixed with relation to channels.
* installation always lists a channel
"install of pear::PEAR 1.4.0dev4 OK"
