Alan Knowles (http://pear.php.net/user/alan_k) has commented on the proposal for HTML::Template_Savant. Comment: I do think continuing as a proposal now, is beating a dead horse a bit. Flexy now does _everything_ that Savant does.. - you are basically proposing a competative package, that's only competative feature, is realistically, that provide a marginally different API...
