There is a PEAR package that I would really like to see stable and I have been
hacking on it so that I can use it locally. I have emailed the developer but
have not gotten a response.
The current package seems to be targeted at procedural code implementations,
and I would like to use it within an OOP design. I have several of the
needed additions already working locally.
If I don't hear back from the project maintainer is it still possible to be
granted an account to work on the package?
If not, would a similar package focused at OOP implementation be thrown out as
a "competing package"?
What is a coder supposed to do in this situation?
Thanks,
-Jackson
