Bug hunt

Hi, well the good news is that we have seemed to have stopped the rise of the bug count by simply improving our turn around time. However since bug email reminders still dont work (?) I would invite all pear developers to go through their packages bug lists now and then. Chance are that maybe you have overlooked a bug report. Alot of the open bug reports seem easy to fix (atleast it seems so at a glance) and/or have useful patches/comments. It seems that the bug stat tools that Helgi was working on will be delayed a bit more as he is very busy atm.
