File class, which also works on remote files, for copying etc.

 in case this is needed for PEAR i have written a tiny class which  can do the following on remote files:  * copy  * check if a file exists  * get the size  ....  I called it File_Common, thought it might fit in the directory  "File"  i had not found a class that does that, may be i was blind ...  on interest someone please commit this class  can be found at  http://wolfram.kriesing.de/programming -- Wolfram
