What I'm trying to get Zeev to help us with is add support for
JavaDoc-style comments in the Zend Engine, and attach those comments to
each declaration structure, so we can access the comments directly from
PHP. Writing a PHP parser in PHP is just crazy. As a matter of fact,
ext/phpdoc would be a good idea, but only if integrated properly with
PHP/Zend.
