Comment: Just FYI, for a PHP4 compatible PEARified version of MaxMind's code, take a look at: http://cvs.horde.org/co.php/framework/NLS/NLS/GeoIP.phpCool, Jan. At my asking (nagging, kinda), Maxmind has changed their license to LGPL. That should open up some flexibility to Horde's use of that class.
Where do you see that? The source code header still says GPL.Well, in CVS on sf the geoip.inc file now has LGPL in the header: http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/geoip/php/geoip.inc?content-type=text%2Fplain&rev=1.16 It's possible there's somet part that still hasn't been updated yet in their code, not sure. I can't remember if TJ changed any of the other ports to LGPL also (Perl...?). Hans
