So you are suggesting that Services_(We)blog should solely contain the
interface for implementing different weblog APIs like the Blogger API?
I don't think that this is a wise idea, because the package name is way
too general then, and because a package with just a single interface
merely has a right to exist. Instead I'd opt for something like
Services_Weblog_API and bundle implementations for different APIs into
this single package.
