Hey,
I'm currently developing a new version of Auth_PrefManager, and want
to include a test suite based on SimpleTest
(simpletest.sourceforge.net), since it's more mature than PHPUnit.
What's the policy on external dependencies - should they be included
in CVS and with the package, or should anyone who wants to run the
test suite have to install it themselves?
