Hey pears,
Does anybody know the current status of Vincent, maintainer of Archive_Tar?
I have a bug in Archive_Tar (http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=1693), which quite frankly, because of the ugly code in Archive_Tar, I am unable to track down - perhaps somebody has a better knowledge of the code and can help? Personally, I think that perhaps the code could use a re-write/really good cleanup; Archive_Tar2 anybody? :)
