[PEPr] Comment on Structures::Tree2

Lukas Smith (http://pear.php.net/user/lsmith) has commented on the proposal for Structures::Tree2. Comment: We currently have a bit off overlap that might be possible to resolve. We have XML_Tree, Tree and Config. I am not sure if we really need an XML specific tree package. Also Config could make use of Tree so that we can focus the work on a single package. However this topic may not be related to a Tree2 package.
