Util::Util_Observable.
Comment:
Philippe, that makes sense. However, many PEAR developers have argued that frameworks (read:
patterns) don't have a place in PEAR (again for the record, I disagree with not including
frameworks). Using the package name "Pattern" implies that that is a framework to a
degree. How about simply creating an Interface category? e.g. Interface/Observer.php and
Interface/Observable.php
