[HTML_Progress] without PEAR_ErrorStack and Log

Hi PEARs, As i want to continue development of HTML_Progress and begin a new 1.3.0, i'm stopped by a little difficulty. HTML_Progress 1.2.0RC3 is still in beta because i've used PEAR_ErrorStack. I like PEAR_ErrorStack , but i also want to continue to integrate my new stuff. As i've already told it, i prepare a version that could be use without PEAR (for non PEAR users; i know many of them). So i've decided to rewrite a bit of code to manage error with standard PEAR_Error but also a custom error handler. I hope Greg will be agree with me if i've pick part of his ideas on PEAR_ErrorStack to include it into HTML_Progress.
