I do have a question, all channel packages should be called: Channel_Category_Package right? And are installed in $php_bin/Channel/Category/Package.php ?? So, for example, I would have: Crtx/Template/Parser.php Does the installer take care of this Crtx/ dir? or should I make Crtx/Template the base install dir?
The installer only puts the files where you tell it to put them. It is up to the packager to choose a naming convention and properly do things. I think any magic in this regard will only lead to unmaintainable code - humans are much better police for coding standards than computers. Note that each channel can have its own configuration, so the user also has substantial control of where files are placed. Greg
