NET_Server, HTTP_Server - diffs to fixes/changes I've made.

Hi, I've made some changes/fixes to the - Net/Server/Driver/Fork.php : (1) socket_shutdown() before socked_close() and (2) added onShutdown() callback - HTTP/Server/Request.php: put POST data into $request->data[] while parse()-ing headers. I understand there must be some proper way of sending diff patches to maintainers, but I'm a freshman in this business so I would appreciate any quick quidelines for my future contributions. The changes have been made while debugging my project that uses HTTP_Server PEAR class on the Server side and HTTP_Request PEAR class on the client side. First I've noticed that socked reading function call blocks if not properly shutdown on server side. Then I needed to get my POST data somewhere so I just added data[] array to the Request object.
