[MDB2] getting back on track

Hi, I should be having a bit more time for Opensource stuff now. So I want to get back on track with MDB2 development. I have a bunch of code to clean up that I wrote back at LinuxTag which changes the prepared handling to match the PDO API. @Matt: I also added the ability to have different versions of the modules for each driver. I also want to implement your improvements for the manager/reverse/datatype module, which would result in the reverse module actually being removed. I have also done alot of work on the Manager API. I am almost done refactoring the code to finally be manageable. The main piece of work left is refactoring the XML dumping (maybe using XML_Serializer). Anyone interesting in helping is very much welcome! Actually I am finally thinking its time to separate the Manager class from the rest of MDB2. Anyways, anyone interested in helping is very much welcome. New drivers, testing, feedback, PDO API fixes or working on the modules or the Manager .. alot has to be done. regards, Lukas
