For the case that I'm misunderstood :)
Currently HTTP_Upload raises PEAR_Errors like this:
PEAR::raiseError($this->errorCode('TOO_LARGE'), 'TOO_LARGE');
^^^^^^^^^^^
which results in an error code of "0".
