Compression in PEAR::SOAP

Hi! I've been trying to implement compression between PEAR::SOAP Client --> PEAR::SOAP Server and PEAR::SOAP Server --> PEAR::SOAP Client, but I haven't found neither any tips nor PEAR::SOAP APIs that do that. Could anybody tell me how I can do that? Any tips will be appreciated.
