Regarding QuickForm, your article does not bring anything new (I am looking for
interesting ideas because we are currently thinking about QF4 for PHP5). It
looks to me like you are frustrated by the way FormBuilder works. I can only
suggest you to use QuickForm directly, it will be more flexible and probably
fill all your needs (well, it does for me, and I have been recently working on
tough multi-steps/multi-options subscription forms).
FormBuilder is aimed at rapid prototyping (thanks to DB_DO and QF) but also
allow some nice customizations that are more than enough for most users. But if
you need more complex stuffs, I think going directly with QF is more
appropriate.
