Well, I've been using it in some of my non-PEAR-released code. It should not be
a problem in my eyes for it to be its own package, I'll just so a s/// on my
code.

And because you seem not no need any sleep, you can and will release it more
often :-)
What name you proposing for it? Just PEAR_ErrorStack or even just ErrorStack
might still be good I guess, and can live in the PEAR category, like Davey's
PEAR_Info.
