Sorry, I don't see a patch. The PEAR list servers reject all
attachments that aren't of a "text/plain" type. Try adding a .txt
extension to the file or setting the type explicitly in your mail
client.
Also, all patches should be put into a bug report so that they're not
lost and can be tracked properly:

The best way to handle a patch is to post it to a website and provide
a link (so that formatting and such is not lost).
