I don't see a patch. Likely, it didn't get sent as text/plain, so the
list server rejected it. Try putting a .txt extension on it and
re-sending it.
As has been said after every patch is submitted here:
Make a bug report / feature request for this on the PEAR website. It
can easily get lost otherwise.
Also, the best place for a patch is on a website. Upload it, then give
us a link to it here and in the bug report.
