[PEPr] Changes in proposal for Yawp::Yawp2

Paul Jones (http://pear.php.net/user/pmjones) has edited the proposal for Yawp::Yawp2. Change comment: +++ Automatic Lazy-Loading If you register a plugin but don't specify it for pre-load, **it will lazy-load itself** on the first call to one of its convenience methods, or on the first request for that object from $Yawp->getObject(). This means that Yawp plugins instantiate and configure themselves based on the Yawp config file **only as you request them**, and don't take up any resources until that time.
