Re: generic poster design

Hi Lukas Smith! On 10/18/2004 08:45 AM you wrote:

This is a slightly modified poster from our previous ones. Instead of the date of the conference we have the sloagan "Not just a fleshy pome!". Not sure if that looks just right yet. Also we still need to replace the "Internation PHP Conference". Maybe it would be better to move the sloagan down there and come up with something better in the middle. Maybe we something along the lines of "meet us at our booth" or maybe some details about PEAR stats (http://pear.php.net/package-stats.php) or something more about its purpose.

I'm a fan of some stats (ca. package/maintainer count, eg. over 350 packages, more than 180 maintainers) which would nicely fit into the middle. The slogan can then be put to the bottom, where I'd prefer "PEAR - Not just a fleshy pome!".
