[SOAP] Bug in parsing object with two array in it?

I looked into Base.php. It seems that it has problem parsing object with two
or more arrays in it. In __decode(...) method, after parsing the first
array, it sets $isstruct to true and thus cause the problem. I don't
understand the reason for doing that. But is this a known issue or bug?
